Sketches for boat painting.

Samantha Jane Kennedy: I am a practicing contemporary painter, and a lover of colour and quality workmanship. My art work is vibrant and fresh. I have degree certification in Fine art and have taught for 16 years.I travelled around the world as a child with family and then later as an adult ventured off on my own. The customs, culture and stimulating scenes have influenced my colour choices and attention to detail. I was based in Northamptonshire. For a long time I considered it to be one of the prettiest parts of the UK where rural life was so very appealing, and suited me fabulously. Enjoying nature on my doorstep. The waterways and landscape inspired me.There I stayed for seven years, teaching, running a small holding and continuing to paint the wonders around me. I have recently moved to the Cotswolds where there is an opportunity to present my work to the public. Im still at the exploratory stage of this brave new Wold.
